Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Kashmir Market has integrated one of the best Payment Gateway in our website (www.kashmirMarket.com) for ease of secure and safe transactions for happy customers. Our Payment partners are well equipped with security standards to avoid any misconduct or spam. Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Kashmir Market before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event case, your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our shipping partner delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Kashmir Market or its delivery partners, Kashmir Market will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In case you book multiple order for the products in one transaction, Kashmir Market would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If you purchase multiple products in single transaction, then all the products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.
Shipping Terms
Kashmir Market partners with best shipping solution providers across INDIA. Right now, Kashmir Market do not sell any product out of INDIA. All purchases must be followed by a valid shipping address in INDIA. Once order is placed successfully, order is shipped within next 24-48 hours. However, the delivery of the item can take up to 7 working days after shipment depending upon the delivery location.
Shipping Charges
Kashmir Market provides free delivery on all products if order amount is above certain limit i.e. 800 INR.Otherwise a nominal charge of 50 INR will be charged. In case their is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by the customer.


Cash on Delivery
Kashmir Market provides Cash on Delivery option for all orders, all over India. However, there are certain areas and products for which Cash on Delivery option is not available. Minimum of Rs.99 is chargeable over and above the Order amount for Cash on Delivery facility as convenience fee.
Delivery Time
Kashmir Market monitors and deliver quality product directly from Natural source. Kashmir Market operates with 3-5 days shipping policy for the areas covered by our reputed shipping partners. For other areas, orders will be sent by surface service which may take 1 week depending on the location.Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.Other areas are referred to the areas where in there is limited scope of private shipping. In such cases if any order is booked from any such location, Kashmir Market will intimate you before dispatch. In case of any expedited delivery request by you, additional charges will be applicable. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
Taxes or Hidden Charges
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes. In case there is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer.
Cancellation Policy

  • You need to intimate Kashmir Market by e-mail ([email protected]  ) or call with purchasing details as soon as purchase is done.
  • Kashmir Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any product that is listed at an incorrect price. In case, you are charged, the same shall be credited to your account (whichever is used at time of purchasing the product) and duly notified by email.
  • NO returns will be accepted once products are delivered and accepted by you.
  • In case there are any quality concerns, please email us from your registered e-mail address at  ([email protected]  ) o by mentioning your subject line as Purchase Order No_Quality Concerns. E.g. X123_Quality Concerns
  • Kashmir Market takes quality as one of their top values. In case of any complaint, a special team will be assigned to investigate the matter in order to refund or replace the product to you. This process may take 3-4 weeks depending on concerns received by you.
Refund Policy
An order can be cancelled and you can get refund in one of the two ways available as follows;Refund as Reversal into your bank account/NEFT/Cash deposit.
Amount will be refunded to the same bank account used at the time of transaction. In case of order via NEFT either the amount will be transferred back through NEFT or cash will be deposited into the bank account. The customer needs to notify us with an email to get refund via this option. Also note that there would be 10% cancellation fee applicable for this option if order is cancelled post shipping. However, in case of exchange there would be no cancellation fee applicable.
